  request detailed documentation “Monthly Inspection Report”. Without this documentation,
  your claim could be denied.
  
  
• When a Hurricane is approaching, as your Authorized Owner Representative, we have access to
  your home , and we’re familiar with your property, and can quickly and efficiently secure your home.
  
  
• After a Hurricane, as your Owner Representative, we have access to your home to assess damage,
  and contact you immediately.
  
  
• If you need repairs, we have a preferred list of licensed, insured reliable contractors, and we will
  supervise the repairs when requested.
  
  
• We’re experienced and trained inspectors, and know “What to Look for”.With regular inspections small
  problems don’t become big problems.
  
  
• We’re available to be on your alarm company call list.
  
• If you have a friend, neighbor or relative watching your property and a hurricane is approaching, it
  would be understandable that their home would be a priority. When you have a Service Agreement
  with “Home Watch Group”, your home is our priority.
  
  
• Mold spores are always in the air and if the humidity level in your home isn’t maintained properly,
  mold will start appearing on and behind the walls. We have the equipment and training to prevent
  this, and again, know “What to look for”.
