In this first edition of "The Home Watch Group Newsletter", we would like to give you a brief introduction to our company and the services we provide.
Our main objective is to secure, protect, and maintain your home - ensuring that you really do have "Peace of Mind While You Are Away"
Home Watch Group is Licensed, Bonded, and Insured in the State of Florida, and we proudly offer protection for your property through our home maintenance services and property security services. Regular visits to your home can prevent serious damage caused by utilities, appliances, insects, or mildew. Our representative will visit your home or condo as often as you feel needed and check on everything from security, humidity, water leaks, mold checks, outside lighting and vandalism to sun fading of fabrics. As trained Professionals, we know "What to Look For" and regular visits will prevent small problems from becoming big ones.
Custom packages are designed to meet your specific requirements and budget - including Short Term (Vacation), Seasonal (Snowbird), or Long Term (Investment) Programs. These are available in Every Week, Twice a Month, and Plans with 2 to 5 visits per month.
Home Watch Group will fully prepare your home for your arrival...water and hot water turned on, ice maker full, thermostat & humidistat adjusted, manicured lawn, clean pool, etc. After departure, your home will be secured and reconfigured back to normal Home Watch Service until your next arrival.
As an Additional Service we also offer unparalleled Concierge Services including access for furniture and appliance delivery, cable, high speed internet, and satellite TV installations, air conditioner and appliance maintenance and repair. We will also provide cleaning service, and on site repair supervision.
