Do you monitor service companies such as lawn care, and pool service while I’m away?

Yes, any problems are promptly reported to you. We recommend, you contact your pool company,
and have them maintain the water level.

Do we have to sign a contract?

No, we don’t have a contract. It is a service agreement detailing our relationship and services,
and can be terminated at any time.

What types of programs do you have?

Short term (vacation), seasonal (snowbird), long term (investment property) and all come
with from 1 to 4 visits a month. You’ll sign a service agreement created to meet your specific
requirements while you’re away from home.

How do I know my home is getting TLC while I am away?

We will send you a detail inspection report viae-mailor U.S. Postal Service, and contact
you by phone if there is a problem needing your immediate attention.

Can you provide referral services if we need work done while we are away?

Yes, we have a preferred list of contractors and vendors we have worked with in the past,
and they are licensed, insured, and reliable.

How do I get started?

Click on the get started tab, fill in the form document and someone will contact you
within 48 hours.

Do you watch pets also?

Yes, but only on Short Term Vacation Watch.

Are you licensed Bonded and insured?

Yes, we are licensed in the state of Florida, insured, and bonded.

Will you secure my home for a hurricane?

Yes, we have a hurricane preparedness program for an additional charge.

Why should I hire Home Watch Group instead of family, friends or neighbors?

We provide monthly detailed inspection reports sent via E-mail, Fax, or US Postal Service.
If you need to file an insurance claim,our detailed documentation will confirm that your
home is under professional care “WHILE YOU ARE AWAY”. When not watched by
a Professional, your home could be considered vacant, and your claim denied.
