Bob and Colleen Myers formed Home Watch Group
of SWFL in 2005, offering Home Watch Service
Packages for vacation homes, condominiums, and
investment properties in Southwest Florida. Since
then they have establised a solid reputation in

importantly, reliability and trustworthiness.

Our Home Watch Sevice offerings include
maintenance, security, and concierge services,
allowing you "peace of mind", both after your
departure, and on your arrival. We service the
Southwest Florida region, including Fort Myers,
Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers Beach,
Sanibel, Captiva, Lehigh Acres, North Fort Myers,
North Naples, Port Charlotte, Charlotte Harbor
